Richlen Construction purchased 546 Bryant Street for $1,900,000. The 4,000 sf, two-story building is fully code compliant and will serve as the company’s San Francisco headquarters. Richlen, founded in 1978, is a minority owned business specializing in commercial tenant improvement projects in San Francisco and Northern California. Clients include Ban of America, Wells Fargo, Safeway and Charles Schwab. The company relocated to its new headquarters October 1, 2007. Mike Tobin of Pacific Union Commercial Brokerage represented Richlen as their consultant and real estate agent.
